• Register their exchange User IDs (UIDs) with our platform
• Track their trading volume across supported exchanges
• Receive cashback rebates based on their trading activity
• Access VIP tier benefits based on trading volume

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid account on one or more of our supported exchanges
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.1 Calculation: Cashback is calculated based on the trading fees you pay on supported exchanges. The percentage varies by exchange and may be affected by your trading tier and the specific trading pairs used.

5.2 Payout Schedule: Rebates are typically processed on a daily or weekly basis, depending on your selected payout preference and VIP tier status.

5.3 Minimum Payout: There may be minimum payout thresholds that must be met before rebates are distributed.

5.4 Verification: We reserve the right to verify all trading activity and may delay or withhold payouts pending verification.

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not engage in any fraudulent or manipulative trading practices
• Not use our services for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Promptly report any unauthorized use of your account

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Changes in exchange policies or fee structures
• Technical issues or downtime of third-party exchanges
• Your trading decisions or investment losses
• Unauthorized access to your exchange or TradeFee accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, any pending rebates may be forfeited if the termination is due to violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
